why, oh why??
I know some of you must be rather sick of this, but everytime I m made to work on wkends, I just have to say it! After a long 19 months, I still have not learnt how to work on weekends! I have accepted it, ya, but accepting and doing it well are 2 separate issues u see!!!
I can NEVER be punctual for work on wkends, and having to pull myself away from the TV, walking to the station under the blazing sun, my ever-recurring headaches, my sleepiness and the squeezing with the “do not have to work on wkend crowd” on the train will forever add on to my already saturated agony!!
No…I m not a “nua-kia”…lol…and I m not against working on weekends, but only when necessary and productive!!! look…I find it so absurd that we are sup to “observe” customers on Sundays, as if we keep our eyes closed on wkdays, and tell me!! where are the customers, y dun I even see them, not to say observe!! and we are sup to "help out" when the staff themselves are free enough to chat! And did I mention that there is no air-con supply in the office even if I want to hide to do my reports?!?!
And Saturdays…fyi, all working sat are late shifts, as in 145pm – 930pm, and if u happen to be the loser aka sway-kia assigned to do accts duty (like..what has accts got to do w me!!!), be prepared to leave at 1015 or later! so, those who have to work half days on Saturdays, think abt me and cheer up! At least makes my working on sat nights a little more worthy!
And you know what! We are sometimes thrown with “the look” or will be “suaned” for wearing semi casual, eg. Jeans, on weekends…..my dear bosses…it is your biz if u wana wear long sleeve shirts and ties to the office on a Sunday , but dun expect me to play along just to make u all look normal…cos u all are indeed NOT!
AHHH!! y make me work (hang around) on weekends?!?!
And Christmas is like…next Saturday!! will be over soon before I have enjoyed it enough. Love the weather and the songs tho hate the crowd…

Ok…so the above are grouses (for nw) from a sn made to work on a saturday. Pls dun expect me to stop here, tho I will try not to repeat the same pts nxt time! Lol~~~
People reading this…the sale I dread most is coming soon…28th Dec… pls let me know if anyone wants any entry passes. Only for 1st tier of friends...kcyf, do take note! LoL

we can never get sick complaining abt work man. lol. my life is aimless now. i dunno where to go yet. hbhtcl. end of year le, and i find my life to be back to square one again. ahhh!!!!!!!
